Terms & Conditions
Last modified: October 25, 2026
Thanks for using Graphic Node’s apps. These terms apply to graphicnode.com and to our apps on the App Store: the Templates apps and Dippo. We’ve tried to keep them short and clear. If you buy or use our products as a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights the law of your country gives you.
Our Apps and Apple
You get our apps from Apple’s App Store, and your right to use them comes from Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Where the two differ, Apple’s agreement applies.
The agreement for our apps is between you and Graphic Node. Apple isn’t responsible for the apps or their support, though Apple can enforce its agreement with you.
Using Our Products
Please use our products fairly. Don’t copy or resell our apps or templates beyond what these terms allow, try to get around purchases, use our products to break the law or someone else’s rights, or overload our website and services.
If someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, we may stop providing a service to them, and we’ll tell them why. Purchases you’re entitled to keep stay yours.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Apple sells our apps and in-app purchases and handles the payment. Prices are shown in the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel them in your device’s Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you get a new device, use Restore Purchases in the app.
We keep improving our apps and may change what the free and paid versions include. If a change would noticeably reduce what an active subscription or a one-time purchase gives you, we’ll tell you beforehand in the app or the release notes, and you can cancel.
Templates Apps
You’re welcome to use the templates you download to create your own documents, presentations and designs, for personal or business use, including ones you print, send or publish. What you can’t do is sell, share or give away the templates themselves, edited or not, as templates, put them into other template collections, apps or marketplaces, or present them as your own design.
Some templates include fonts or images licensed from other creators. You can use them in the same way, as part of your documents.
Templates open in apps made by other companies: Pages, Keynote and Numbers by Apple, Word and PowerPoint by Microsoft, Google Docs and Canva. Those apps have their own terms, and an update to one of them can change how a template looks or opens. If a template doesn’t work as it should, let us know and we’ll help.
Dippo
Prices are a guide, not advice. Dippo’s market prices come from official day-ahead data published by Elering. The total price, plans and savings Dippo shows are estimates based on the tariff details you enter, and they can differ from your electricity bill. Dippo doesn’t give financial advice or advice on energy contracts.
Switching depends on other things working too. Automatic switching needs Apple Home, a home hub (an Apple TV or HomePod), your smart plug, your network, and prices being published on time. We do our best, but we can’t promise that every planned switch happens exactly on time. If a run is missed, check the Home app and Dippo’s Settings › Troubleshooting. Without a home hub, Dippo sends reminders instead.
Use it safely. Only connect appliances that are safe to switch on and off while nobody is around, and follow the maker’s instructions and the plug’s power rating. Please don’t use Dippo for medical equipment, for anything that must stay on to stay safe, or for appliances where an unexpected switch could cause harm or damage, such as a freezer with important contents, a sump pump, or a heater without its own safety controls.
Dippo Pro. Dippo is free to use. Dippo Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. When Pro ends, Dippo turns off its switch-on timers in Apple Home and goes back to the free features.
Before you delete Dippo, open Settings › Apple Home › Remove Dippo from Apple Home. A deleted app can’t clean up after itself: its scenes stay in the Home app, and timers already set can keep switching for up to a day and a half. You can also delete scenes and automations starting with “Dippo-” in the Home app.
Your Feedback
We love hearing your ideas. If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve our products without paying for them. You keep any rights you have, and we won’t publish your name or message without asking.
Our Content and Trademarks
Our apps, templates, website and texts, and the names Graphic Node, DesiGN and Dippo, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Apple, Pages, Keynote, Numbers, iPhone, iPad, Mac, HomeKit and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Microsoft, Word and PowerPoint are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Google Docs is a trademark of Google LLC. Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by these companies, or by Elering or Nord Pool.
Our Responsibility
We’re fully responsible for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for anything we do on purpose or through gross negligence, and wherever the law doesn’t allow us to limit our responsibility.
In other cases, we’re responsible only for damage we could reasonably have foreseen that comes from failing to do something essential under these terms. Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if that is more. We aren’t responsible for things outside our control, such as outages at Apple, Google or your internet provider.
Your consumer rights for digital products still apply. If an app doesn’t work as described, contact us and we’ll try to fix it. Refunds go through Apple.
Changes
We may change or stop offering a product. If we stop a product you’ve paid for, we’ll let you know in good time where we can.
We may also update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and for important changes we’ll let you know in the app or the release notes at least 30 days ahead. If you don’t agree with a change, you can stop using the product and cancel any subscription.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of its consumer laws and can go to the courts where you live.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first at support@graphicnode.com, and we’ll try to sort it out quickly. You can also turn to Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt), or the consumer authority in your own country.
If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
